Not all parts of Las Vegas are glitz and glamor. In the Southend part of town, dilapidated video arcades compete with cut-rate motels. Shrewd Eddie runs the streets of Southend, collecting his dues from his illegal enterprises. But when Eddie comes up short, he's forced to face London crime boss Tommy Jasons. Shrewd Eddie is forced to scramble when he learns that Jasons is flying in from Britain to pay him a special visit.
