Dope Case Pending is a drama film that was released in 2000. A young man is a star athlete in his high school, and soon will get a major scholarship so he can go live a successful life. However, the young man is arrested during a party, and is charged with a major drug offense. He then spends time in jail, and learns a lot about crime and gang life while in prison. When he gets out he worries that he will no longer be able to become an athlete, and he finds himself tempted to turn to a life of crime.
