Engineer is a 1999 Tamil film that is actually based on a true story. It is about the construction of a dam that is set be built across a river so that residents of a town do not suffer and perish. The head engineer and his wife eventually are at odds on who the people are in charge of building the dam and their intentions in having the dam built. The wife then becomes aware that her husband is actually the head engineer in the dam project and the tensions become even tighter. 412n16
