Return of Shanghai Joe is a western comedy film. A recent bandit outbreak has left the town in dismay. Crooked gambling has been taking place, and medicine has been stolen from the people. Chinese Shanghai Joe offers his help at battling against the crime outbreak. Shanghai Joe uses his Kung Fu abilities to defeat the would-be criminals. However, Shanghai Joe cannot defeat the enemies by himself. The town's sheriff and Joe must unite in order to put an end to the group of thugs.
